We make reasonable efforts to ship products in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipments or damages resulting from such delays.

Risk of Loss

All products are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

Product Availability and Descriptions

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. While we strive to be accurate, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or content are error-free, complete, or current.

Placing Orders

When placing an order, you agree that:
(a) you are authorized to use the payment method provided,
(b) any payment information you provide is accurate and complete, and
(c) you will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Order fulfillment may take up to 14 business days unless otherwise posted .

Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase through our designated payment processors. Palmetto Fresh Meats is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
