- 5 lbs Ribeye Steaks (4–6 steaks, cut ¾–1 inch thick)
- 3 lbs Sirloin Steaks (2–4 steaks, cut ¾–1 inch thick)

Every order is cut fresh to order, ensuring you receive the highest quality beef possible. Because of this, please allow 7–21 days for processing and shipping—we believe great beef is worth the wait.
Each animal is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance tenderness and develop a rich, natural flavor you won’t find in typical store-bought beef.
Our cattle are grass-fed and corn-finished, raised right here in Horry and Marion County, South Carolina. This approach delivers the perfect balance of flavor and marbling while supporting local farmers and our community.

We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your order arrives fresh. Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same day. All orders are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.
